- Check-in from 2:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM.
- The Tayrona National Natural Park entrance fee is not included and is paid at the El Zaino ticket office.
- Payment, change and cancellation terms are those shown in the booking engine or in the confirmation sent via WhatsApp. Promotional rates may be non-refundable.
- No pets (park rule). No smoking inside rooms and cabins.
- If National Parks closes the park, we will contact you to change your dates.
